China, Africa vow continued communication, enhanced cooperation

China and Africa have vowed to continue communication and enhance their cooperation in various fields. This commitment was reaffirmed during the 9th ChinaAfrica Economic and Trade Expo in the Chinese city of Chongqing.

African leaders echoed Xi's sentiments, expressing their commitment to strengthening ties with China. They also stressed the importance of collaboration in addressing challenges such as poverty, diseases, and climate change.

China and Africa have enjoyed close ties over the past few decades. China has been a major investor in Africa, particularly in infrastructure projects. The relationship has been mutually beneficial, with Africa benefitting from Chinese investment and technology, while China has benefited from Africa's natural resources and growing markets.
